The Villa St. Goarshausen was purchased by LGN Equity GmbH in 2019. It was previously used at a private estate. The location is in the first line of houses next to river Rhein in the centre of the city St. Goarshausen. Directly at the quay, overlooking the mighty river Rhein and the twin town of St. Goar.

St. Goarshausen is defined as a 'Loreley - city" in the heart of the Middle-Rhein region. A region voted among one of the 10 places must see in Germany. (Actually Middle Rhein came in at no. 7, with of course Berlin as no. 1). The Middle-Rhein is also listed on UNESCO' World Heritage. Not mention it's the place where the famous Riesling grapes are growing left and right along the steep hills of the river Rhein delta.

The Villa St. Goarshausen was originally build in 1909 as a "Jugend-style" villa. The whole internal and external architecture is typical for the time and area. High ceilings, beautiful wooden details, big rooms with large windows and balconies overlooking the river Rhein.

The villa is currently under reconstruction and rehabilitation. The four (4) storey villa, with its over 400sqm living area, will be transformed to accommodate four (4) apartment plus two (2) double bedroom w/ bath. Upon completion in spring 2022.
